Ingredients:
Filling:
2 large granny smith apples, pealed and cubed
2 cups frozen strawberries, thawed
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 TBSP flour
Topping:
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup quick oats
1/4 sliced almonds
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnaman
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 stick unsalted butter, cut into cubes
Directions:
- Spray 8x8 inch glass baking dish with Pam or coat with butter
- Toss berries, apple, brown sugar and flour in a bowl
- Pour into prepared dish
- Add all topping ingredients in a food processor and pulse until butter bits are peas size
- Sprinkle topping onto fruit
- Bake at 375 for 35 minutes
- Serve with Romanoff sauce, vanilla ice cream or whipped cream
